Herbalaria presents Culinary Artistry Nights, a creative experience for the senses, where we feature up and coming Filipino/Filipina chefs who offer culturally-inspired, exciting and tantalizing dishes. A unique collaboration, each chef is asked to incorporate a particular plant or vegetable, highlighting it's benefits and versatility in culinary uses.
We are proud to introduce the talent and ingenuity of Filipina American Chef and fellow Ilongga, Kryssie Tinsay. An immigrant born in Iloilo City, Philippines, she brings a taste of the Motherland into her cuisine. Taking traditional dishes such as Arroz Caldo and Adobo, she coalesces modernity, imagination, and originality in all her recipes.

Chef Kryssie will create a special cocktail that will include guava leaf tincture.
