Our Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
We want and hope that you absolutely LOVE our products! But if there is any reason that we did not meet your needs or if there are issues with the product, please let us know first by emailing us at info@herbalaria.com. We want to make it right because you are part of the Herbalaria Pamilya! Â
You have 30 calendar days from the day of purchase to get a full refund minus shipping & handling costs, on products (except anything on clearance), not including services. Exceptions to a full refund and return are: art prints, books, and botanical bundles. Please keep the product or gift it to someone else who may be able to use it as a way of being sustainable and not adding more carbon footprint from shipping back the items.Â
All services and classes are non-refundable and final sales.
Any clearance items are considered final sales.
Lost or damaged items due to shipping are not refundable or returnable.
We are grateful for your support and patronage of our family's business and legacy.Â

Some additional details to our policy:
Gift cards are non-refundable and all personal care items (i.e. oils, creams, scrubs) are non-returnable for sanitary reasons. Â
Art & books are non-returnable.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or in the event you receive any wrong item(s), we will immediately send out the correct product(s) to you at no extra charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@herbalaria.com and send your item to: 1139 N. Edgemont St. Los Angeles California US 90029. We also have curbside pickup if you are local to Los Angeles.
Gifts
Gifts given to you are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping Your Return
Please keep the product or gift it to someone else.Â
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Â
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
