Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Available for Herbalaria products on orders over $100 within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Rates for orders under $100 vary based on the destination and the carrier selected at checkout.
- International Shipping: Foreign exchange rates apply. For shipments to the Philippines, we recommend using DHL.
- Apparel: All clothing and garments are outsourced through a separate provider and are always subject to shipping charges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Lost or Damaged Items
Herbalaria is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. While we take every measure to protect your package, we cannot control carrier handling. We highly recommend purchasing an insured shipping rate. For international customers, we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier to find a resolution.
- Carrier Damage: If a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, we reserve the right to offer a refund or replacement at our discretion following an investigation.
- Packaging Issues: If an item arrives damaged due to incorrect packaging, we will replace it. Please note that replacements for jewelry by Diwata Adornments are subject to material availability.
- Delivered Packages: If your package is missing/stolen after being marked as "Delivered," please contact the carrier and check with your neighbors. Herbalaria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
