Directions for Use:

Mix contents of jar with a clean dry spoon to mix and evenly dispense the product onto hand or washcloth.  Gently massage over wet skin to polish away dead skin cells.  Leave on for one to two minutes.  Avoid eyes and other sensitive areas. Rinse thoroughly, leaving oil behind on skin. Dab skin dry.

Bath Ritual Suggestion:

Light a green or white candle, or both. Take a few deep breaths in before using Tadhana.  Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place in your hand.  Take your other hand and place it over the hand with the polish. 

Close your eyes and intend what you wish to slough away from your body, mind, and spirit.  Follow the intention with what you want you receive.  For example: "I intend to remove all obstacles to my success, and remain open to receive all wonderful opportunities." 

Proceed to scrub your arms, chest, belly, and anywhere else you feel needs attention.  Leave the oil on for a few minutes and visualize your intentions being imbued into your body.  Breathe deeply as you polish your skin.  As you breathe out, release the intention to the Universe, and speak the mantra, "Ba Ha La Na."  Repeat if necessary.  Once you are finished, rinse and pat dry.  

Follow your bath ritual with a calming and soothing cup of Guava Leaf Tea.
